ABOUT SAXTOOTER

Saxtooter is also known by their given name Meg Vermilion. They are a queer, non-binary, multi-instrumentalist. Succulent Sax mixes electronica, classical, and the tenor saxophone into a lush, experimental and emotional EP. The album is their first self-produced, solo work and the ninth album to feature them on saxophone. All artists are welcome to reach out for collaboration!

Meg has toured and performed with a great variety of bands through Illinois, Texas, Michigan, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, British Columbia including Not Chris Stark, The Carnival Band, 8-Bit Brass Band, Rise Up! Action Band, Chaotic Noise Marching Corps, Environmental Encroachment, PJAMRS, Queens of Honk, Silver Dollar Pocket Band, Casey Ruff & the Mayors of Ballard, Dain Norman and the Chrysalis Effect, Jam Bammed, Whitman Jazz Collective, Whitman Saxophone Choir, Kentridge Jazz & Symphonic Bands, Northwood Jazz & Concert Band, Lake Youngs Band and more that we're sorry we forgot to name!
